Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd Terms & Conditions of Purchase
The following terms & conditions apply to all products or services purchased from Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd or the shop.vision-and-beyond.com.au Website. This agreement contains and describes the limited warranty and terms and conditions applicable to all Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd products such as Printers, Laptops, Servers and all other components purchased including services. Please read the individual warranties for accessories, products anything else sold by Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd . You agree that this agreement applies to your purchase of the product, accessories and services after your limited guarantee expires. Further terms and conditions are outlined below. You acknowledge that Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd is purely a reseller (supplier) of products and any pre or post sales support and warranty is provided by the respective Vendor.
Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd Order & Delivery Process
All order placed via the shop.vision-and-beyond.com.au website are firstly subject to confirmation, acceptance and approval from Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd . Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd may request a copy of ther Credit Card used to place the order and a photo id prior to processing the order. Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd reserves the right to change or alter pricing due to supplier error or price fluctuations. Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd will endeavor to offer reasonable notice to customer who may have orders pending. Should Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd be forced to request payment for price increases, you may cancel any outstanding orders in relation to that increase. Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd will make all attempts possible to deliver the goods within your order to the address which you specify, within a reasonable timeframe and subject to parts availability. Should the goods not be available for whatever reason you will be notified as soon as possible. Anyone who receives the goods at your instructed delivery address will be presumed to be nominated by you and approved to accept the goods on your behalf.

Any and all correspondance with Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd , its staff or agents, is strictly confidential and for the intended addressee only. Any publication of it, be it print, media, public forums without express written approval is strictly prohibited.
Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd DOA Products, Returns & Refunds
Any product which arrives damaged or fails shortly after sale (up to 7 days from date of purchase) to an end user may be considered DOA. The following procedures must be followed
1) Vision and Beyonds RA department must be notified via email to returns@vision-and-beyond.com.au advising the fault, date of purchase, invoice number and the serial number of the product. The Return Authority department will then issue you the customer with an appropriate RA number.
2) Please record the Return Authorization (RA) number for later reference, Vision and Beyond will arrange for the goods to then be returned for replacement.
3) The RA number MUST be clearly written on a sticky label placed on the outside of the shipping carton - do not write directly on the carton. If the RA number cannot be identified the product will be returned immediately at the buyer's expense. This is very important.
4) Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd will repair or replace the product within 5-7 working days of its receipt, (exceptions to this may occur from time to time, depending on availability).
5) Should Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd receive a product marked as "dead on arrival" and is found not to be faulty, the buyer will be charged a no-fault fee of $99 + any additional delivery costs.
Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd Return & Credit of Goods
As part of our commitment Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd has a 7 day product return policy. (all procedures are listed below)
1) Should you wish to return any Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd product, Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd must be notified via e-mail returns@vision-and-beyond.com.au advising the reason, date of purchase, invoice number and the serial number of the product. The Return Authority department may then at its discretion issue you the customer with an appropriate RA number.
2) The RA number MUST be clearly written on a sticky label placed on the outside of the shipping carton - do not write directly on the carton. If the RA number cannot be identified the product will be returned immediately at the buyer's expense. This is very important.
3) The goods must then be returned to Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd . We recommend that products returned by post should be sent by registered or certified mail. Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd accept no responsibility for loss or damage which may occur during transit. It may be a good idea to seek transit insurance prior to returning goods.
4) All Returned products will incur a restocking fee ranging from 17.5% to 27.5% depending on the vendor. Please contact returns@vision-and-beyond.com.au for further information. All returned item boxes cannot be opened.
Restrictions Imposed by Manufacturers
No Returns will be accepted after 7 days from invoice.
No Returns will be accepted if goods have been opened and/or used in any way.
Product supplied on a "NO Return" basis cannot be returned to Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd unless the product is faulty within the warranties imposed by statue and which cannot be excluded by agreement.

Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd Address & Contact Details
When placing an order with Vision and Beyond Pty Ltd , where we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical street address. We require that you provide your land-line phone number to assist us in processing your order and reduce the chance of credit card fraud. Delivery is via courier and cannot be to a Post Office Box. Please note that an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, photo identification may be requested.

All pricing on our website is including GST and are cash payments. Credit card payments will have 2.5% added to the order at the time of processing and will show up on your end user invoice. You agree to allow us to use a third party credit card payment processor to process your transaction should we have technical difficulties with our normal merchant account (ie phone lines are dead and we are trying to do your order!) and acknowledge this by submitting your credit card details.
